Summary: The Sales Associate aspect of the role will maintain responsibility for the performance of all sales activity including but not limited to promoting and selling services to new and existing customers, building relationships, providing the highest level of customer service, and generating new business opportunities. The sales role requires meeting a specific sales targets in order to be eligible for any commission/incentive program the company may have in place. The Project Manager (PM) aspect of the role will complete estimates in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy according to each insurance company’s requirements and protocols including meeting the KPIs as per the insurance company, R&F, and DKI standards. PMs will process estimate revisions within the timeline of the insurance company and to meet all KPI requirements and ensure the profitability of the project, be responsible for the successful presentation and offering of company services and will focus on customer service, effective communication, well documented files both digitally and paper files, and creating accurate detailed estimates including revisions. PMs will scope, estimate, secure, communicate, and prepare a project to start with a documented foundation of detailed, accurate, and all key information in the timeline required. PMs will be expected to build positive professional relationships within the Insurance and construction industries, as well as with all departments management and teams within the company. It is important to act in a respectful professional manner when acting on behalf of the company in social settings, community events, and traveling on business, etc. PMs will be REPRESENTING the best in class for EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICES, RESTORATION, AND REPAIR SERVICES INCLUDING ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION SERVICES & RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION, and will maintain and manage THEIR TOP PRIORITY - INCLUDING A CONSISTENT VOLUME OF QUALITY ESTIMATES, EFFECTIVE AND DECISIVE COMMUNICATION with a DEFINITIVE OBLIGATION to the PROFITABILITY OF THE COMPANY.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: General Requirements

• Employee must demonstrate excellent phone manners towards employees, customers, adjusters, subtrades, associates, and partners, as well as ensure all communication methods are conducted in a respectful and professional manner

• Documentation, forms, and tracking must be completed as applicable and as per company systems, insurance, company, and DKI policies, procedures, and protocols

• Employee must be professionally attired at all times, specifically in business casual or business attire when representing the company

• As a 24/7 emergency response team, hours of operation are “as needed”. Employees are required to be accessible for the on-call schedule

• It is understood that all team members will follow directions according to the situation in the event of a CAT while at the same time continuing their regular duties to the best of their abilities. Ensure to follow up with a report on your regular duties and the CAT assigned duties with their progress status

• Demonstrate a positive image of the company towards all employees and clients

• Whenever possible use talk-to-text notes in DRS Complete for communication and documentation purposes, otherwise if not available, keep up to date notes and records at all times Maintain and update skills and knowledge as per company training offerings or as required for efficiency and to effectively perform the role

• Utilizing software, technology, and equipment to support carrying out duties effectively and efficiently

• Develop a trusting relationship with adjusters and clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Health and Safety

• Work in compliance with the provisions of the governing Occupational Health & Safety legislation and its regulations

• Take every precaution reasonable in the circumstance to protect yourself and workers from safety hazards on the job

• Reference SiteDocs and/or other software the Company utilizes at the time for the safety management program

• Follow WSIB 4 steps to reporting
