DKI - Til-ka recently installed 3 exterior doors on our home and we couldn't be happier with the end product. Everything looks amazing and we couldn't believe how fast their team was in and out. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible company. I had an issue with flooding 40 minutes outside of town. I contacted this company later into the evening and they showed up the next morning AFTER walking me through what I could do to minimize the amount of damage. The staff here made me feel like there was a light at the end of the tunnel and took a hold of the disaster. I didn’t have to do a single thing in repairing or cleaning up any mess! They walked me through what they were doing and how they were going to repair the damage. If your insurance company allows you to choose your restoration contractor, then do yourself a favor and call DKI - Superior Disaster!

Had a plastic fire in my camper, they did an awesome job of the clean up. Looked better than the day i bought it. Polite courteous and on time or even a little bit early. Thanks for the great service.

I cannot say enough good things about how DKI - Refexio responded to my needs after experiencing water damage to my home. They were quick to assess the damage and map out a plan to get my house back in order. Valerie, my project coordinator was in constant contact. She was excellent at communicating all the steps in the process and followed up regularly as the work was being completed. The team that did the demolition kept the house clean when they completed their work. The person that did the renovation work was an exceptional individual, Guy Gadoury. He was very punctual, efficient, respectful, polite, and did great work.......he restored our house back to normal. Thanks for everything.

I recently used DKI - Rocky Cross North when my dishwasher leaked and ruined my hardwood floor. From the initial remediation to the replacement of the hardwood, everything was completed with perfection and each and every person I dealt with was fantastic. I was so impressed with the quality of the work and excellent customer service. Would not hesitate to recommend!!

DKI - R&F led the renovations of our commercial building. We were happy with the process and finished product. The DKI - R&F team was a pleasure to do business with. Their work is quality and their service was great. As this project was completed during the pandemic, all protocols were met. We would recommend this team to anyone considering a renovation in the Orillia/Simcoe area.

ROBERT AND TODD have just finished our basement after a flood. I am extremely pleased with their quality of work, they would call before coming, were always punctual, cleaned up after the day. Being far from our house that was being repaired, this company acted quickly and professionally to reassure us that they were able to handle this problem without fuss. They kept us informed regularly of repair steps and provided deadlines which were met. DKI - PHS Disaster helped us with some flood cleanup - they did all disaster emergency items, repaired the walls and painted. They were very friendly and flexible. I would use them again and recommend them!

DKI - Meco has been amazing. They went above and beyond. They recovered things from my house that meant so much to me and at the time I would never think of asking them (my children’s growth chart that was actually written on the door frame. That was removed and recovered). The amount of pictures that were recovered was amazing. These are the things I could never replace. When you are told at the start from your insurance company that due to the damage they may not find anyone who will actually go into the house to recover anything. To be giving items you thought were lost forever. Priceless. I am so thankful my insurance company got a hold of them to help with my situation. From start to finish it felt like you had family looking after you. I can't say enough about the amazing people at DKI - Meco.

We called Nico Salaries to inspect the damage we had from rainwater, caused the mold under the carpet in the second-floor room. Niko found the issue very quick and gives the report with the recommendations of mold restoration and stopping the water damage. Highly recommended, very professional and prompt action.

We had an incident with our white carpet in our basement and company was on their way from out of town. Called them on the weekend and they were able to be there within a few hours and have it cleaned perfectly. Thank you!

James Macleod Was quick to assess /document the damages caused by flood. The work crew were extremely thorough in clean up/discarding damaged flooring. James has knowledge of products and made it easy to complete the process of replacing goods. The fine details in workmanship can be seen during and after new product installation. I am extremely happy with the overall experience and end result. Product & Labour did not exceed financial budget. Thank you!

I Dealt with Rob Martin for our insurance claim and he was absolutely incredible. Very fast and efficient communication. The company followed Covid Guidelines and I felt very safe with everyone who came into the house to help repair all the damages. Would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. After a water "mishap" in my kitchen I found them to be Professional, prompt and did things that I never would have suspected a disaster restoration company to do. Kevin and his team were courteous, the boys sent to remove and replace furniture were professional, careful communication and follow up was always prompt and coordinating with the insurance company, flooring specialists and other members of the team project was very efficient!! The place looks as good as new!

Throughout a recovery process from a small fire, DKI - CRCS, especially Faithann provided excellent advice, courteous service and professional expertise in choosing contractors, scheduling activities and final touches. The pandemic, although impactful in availability of contractors, did not stop the team from working through to a spectacular recovery for us. Having water damage in the basement never a good thing but once our insurance provider sent DKI - Con-Tech, I was amazed at their professionalism, knowledge and speed to get the basement back to it's original state. They worked with our insurance provider to set up dates for the whole job and stuck to them. Their staff and contractors were efficient, courteous, accommodating and went over and above even coming on a Sunday to finish the job. Basement looks even better than the original. I would highly recommend them for any job.

Working with DKI - Al-Care was great! Jeno (their project manager) especially was very helpful, friendly and professional. I had a leak and we needed new flooring in the living room, added sconces and got rid of the popcorn ceiling. The whole room got a huge facelift and looks amazing!
