Project Manager

R&F Construction Inc. – DKI offers a wide variety of disaster recovery, property restoration, renovation and construction services to homes and businesses for over 60 years. As our Large Loss Estimator you will be responsible to manage complex construction projects by accurately estimating and completing a detailed scope of work to ensure company profitability.

- Attend various job sites and assess the requirements to mitigate damage.

- Virtually build property damage and restoration estimates electronically with specific attention to:

- Quality assurance to align with the protocols of insurance carrier partners

- Timeliness of estimate completion

- Value added through identifying and utilizing appropriate estimating techniques

- Scope and estimate using in-house estimating software (Xactimate and Symbility) and coordinate losses in a timely fashion ensuring key performance indicators (KPI’s) are met

- Review / manage budgetary components within the project and evaluate targeted gross margin expectations.

- Communicate project completion timelines with customers, insurance adjusters, vendors and sub-trades.

-Perform site inspections to ensure highest level of quality work is proven and aligned with insurance guidelines and protocols.

- MUST be proficient in Xactimate, Xactanalysis and Symbility estimating software skills

- Participate in On-Call rotation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday On call

Supplemental pay types: Commission pay
