Project Manager
Job Description
DKI Sparklean is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate emergency restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in project management, and a passion for delivering high-quality restoration services to our clients. The Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of restoration projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of emergency restoration projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate the scope of work, identify potential risks, and develop comprehensive restoration plans.
• Supervise and mentor restoration teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and proactively address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
• Prepare accurate project estimates, proposals, and documentation in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to procure materials and services necessary for project completion.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, responding promptly to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring that expectations are met or exceeded.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the restoration or construction industry.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interface confidently with clients and stakeholders. • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or equivalent.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices related to emergency restoration services.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Benefits:
