Junior Site Supervisor - Rebuild Team

We have an exciting opportunity available as a Construction Site Supervisor for an individual seeking a role in a fast-paced growing environment. Position Summary Reporting to the Construction Manager the Site Supervisor is responsible to ensure that the field work for customer projects is completed on time and with the quality that meets our clients’ expectations and within the approved fees.

- Job management including scheduling trades and employees.

- Directing the work of subcontractors and field staff.

- Ensure jobs remain on time to completion.

- Purchasing and ordering building materials.

- Cost Control to ensure projects do not go over budget.

- Site inspections.

- Report changes in scope.

- Ensuring safe work practices on site.

- Communications with clients and employees and project managers.

- Vehicle and equipment maintenance co-ordination.

- Assist field staff with completion of a site task.

- Journeyman carpenter

- Organization skills to manage multiple projects.

- Ability to meet deadlines on projects.

- Technology literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Xactimate would be an asset.  

- Excellent computer and skills.

- Problem solving skills.

- Excellent written, verbal communication and phone skill.

- Valid Driver’s License.
