Chris Schmidt

As the Chief Executive Officer of DKI Canada, Chris is responsible for our organization’s growth both strategically and tactically, working with new markets, partnerships, and product integrations nationally. He oversees the strategic sales and marketing initiatives on a national level, as well as leading and managing our organizations business development activity. He also directs a lot of his attention towards DKI Canada’s office development, including the rollout of new products and services. Before being appointed to the Chief Executive Officer role at DKI Canada, Chris Schmidt was our Chief Operating Officer, responsible for business development and the management of our marketing & sales team. Prior to joining DKI Chris has over 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry having worked for a leading insurer and independent adjusting company. Chris held numerous positions in the insurance industry including Claims field adjuster, claims supervisor, National Claims manager, and insurance analyst.

Chris has earned his FCIP from the insurance institute and is a qualified insurance institute instructor having taught hundreds of students over the past four years.
